IPAB Chennai order dismissed the CL stay petition of Bayer

On 14 September 2012, Intellectual Property Appellate Board rejected the petition by Bayer for a stay on Compulsory License issued to Natco for marketing generic version (sorafenib tosylate) of Bayer’s anti-cancer drug Nexaver.
