How MNCs are using investor-to state dispute mechanism in bilateral/free trade agreements to sue the governments?
Phillip Morris International (PMI), the world’s second largest cigarette producer, is challenging governments’ policy decisions pertaining to health in name of protecting its intellectual property rights by using bilateral trade agreements.
